Support
for Safety City can be directed to many different areas.
Funding options are outlined below.
- Annual Pledge –
Pledges to the Safety City Society of Lethbridge
are split between the current operating budget
and the Endowment Fund. This allows the donor to
contribute to both the current and future
operations of Safety City. Donations totaling
over $1000 will be recognized at the
Safety City training facility.
- Program Sponsorship – Donors may choose the program they
wish to sponsor. Donors may also partner with
another company or individual to sponsor a
program. Any handout materials for the program
will identify the sponsor. Program sponsors will
receive recognition in the Safety City Siren
and on our donor wall.
- Endowment Fund –
Safety City has an endowment fund set up with the
Lethbridge Community Foundation. Contributions
can be made to ensure that this vital safety
education is available for generations of
children to come. Recognition of donations over
$1000 will be recognized at the
Safety City training facility and in the Safety City Siren.
- Gifts in
Kind - Donations of goods and services or cash can be directed
to the completion of the Safety City training facility. Recognition
of significant donations will be made on the site in the form of
street signs or plaques.
- One Time Donation
– Donations can be made at anytime to the
Safety City Society of Lethbridge. We appreciate
any support, large or small.
All
donors will receive our quarterly newsletter, the Safety
City Siren, and an invitation to the Annual
General Meeting. The Safety City Society of Lethbridge is
a registered charitable organization and can
issue tax receipts for donations. Thank you for

children safe in our community.
